Under the patronage of the Dean of the College of Sports Sciences, Professor Dr. Hassan Al-Saud, the five-a-side football tournament will be, which bears the name of the late Walid Al-Asker, the former football teacher at the College of Sports Sciences, and is organized by the College's Sports Committee, supervised by Dr. Salem Al-Qarra, and includes Dr. Mahmoud Al-Saud and Dr. Louay Al Shawabkeh, With the student Suhaib Al-Manasir, Professor Dr. Harran Rahamna, and Dr. Ghazi Al-Kilani, 20 teams participate in the tournament, with each team consisting of 8 students. The draw was conducted under the supervision of Dr. Salem Al-Qara and Dr. Ghazi Al-Kilani, and the tournament began last Thursday, 10/31/2024, with an exhibition match characterized by competition and excitement, and the tournament will officially begin on Sunday, 11/3/2024, with a knockout system, with the matches being moderated by Dr. Munther Aqilan, Captain Alaa Osama and student Hashem Al-Jallad.
