Under the patronage of HE Dr. Nathir Obeidat, President, University of Jordan, NOS holded its Teachers
Teach Teachers 2nd Annual Sports Conference entitled“Sports and Sustainable Development Goals”
at its NOS-Shmaisani premises on Sunday, November 20, 2022, as per the attached programme.
This conference is organized in partnership with the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) -
Sport for Development Programme, and in cooperation with the School of Sport Science - Jordan
University. It aims at sharing best practices of integrating sustainable development goals into the sports
philosophy and lessons , Attended by a number of private and public schools.
The idea of the conference was inspired by a training held by GIZ for NOS sports teachers and as we very
much believe in the importance of sharing knowledge, information and best practices with our fellow
schools, we decided to organize this conference.
