Specifications of the academic program for the Bachelor of Physical Education
The Department of Physical Education at the School of Sport Science at the University of Jordan was established in 1995 after the restructuring of the departments that were previously known as theoretical and scientific departments.
The department was formerly called the Department of Supervision and Teaching under the name of the College of Physical Education. In 2020, the department’s name was changed as part of the college’s procedures to update its name,
restructure departments and introduce new programs.
The department includes a group of highly experienced faculty members in various
sports fields, totaling 16 members:
