The visit was attended by Dr. Salem Al-Qara, Assistant Dean for Digitalization and Career Readiness; Dr. Fatima Khraisat, Assistant Dean for Student and Graduate Affairs; and Dr. Mahmoud Al-Saoud, the course instructor and visit coordinator.

The delegation was received by Dr. Malek Al-Saoud, Assistant Dean of Student Affairs at Petra University, who welcomed them and gave a presentation about the Deanship of Student Affairs and the activities and programs it offers to support students and develop their skills. Mr. Mohammad Al-Azzam, Head of the Sports Activities Department, also provided a comprehensive explanation of the department's administrative work, the mechanisms for organizing events and competitions, and the role of supervisors in planning, developing, and managing sports programs within the university.

During the tour, the students were introduced to the modern sports facilities at Petra University and learned about sports management systems and space management within educational institutions. They also participated in a specialized seminar on career readiness and professional development in the sports sector, presented by Dr. Safi Nour Abaza from the Department of Physical Education. The seminar focused on the most important skills required in the job market and how to enhance professional competencies to ensure graduates are prepared and competitive. The meeting also included discussions on future initiatives and projects that could bring together students from both universities, contributing to increased student cooperation and the exchange of expertise.

This visit is part of the Faculty of Sports Sciences at the University of Jordan's plan to provide its students with high-quality field experiences and give them a deeper understanding of the realities of sports work in universities and sports institutions, in line with its vision of developing educational outcomes that meet the needs of the market and society.
