Professor Dr. Moeen Taha Qasaymeh - Professor of Motor Learning at the Faculty of Sports Sciences - University of Jordan participated in the Third International Scientific Conference (Artificial Intelligence and its Role in Cognitive Creativity in Sports Sciences) which was held at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Girls - University of Baghdad during the period 16-17-2025 AD. His participation included presenting a scientific study on the "Effectiveness of the Flipped Learning Strategy Using Smartphones in Supporting the Learning of Some Badminton Skills," as well as participating in several scientific sessions on the sidelines of the conference.
This participation received great attention as he is one of the most prominent PhD graduates from the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences - University of Baghdad in 2001. During his three-year study period, he was the Iraqi champion in badminton and distinguished himself with his doctoral thesis, which he presented as the first Arab student to present a doctoral thesis on badminton, which has become a basic reference for researchers in the game today. On the sidelines of the conference, he gave a lecture on badminton for undergraduate students, participated in a seminar for doctoral students, and exchanged proposals with several professors to participate in joint research projects and jointly supervise postgraduate students. He also expressed his willingness to join with them in discussing master's and doctoral theses in his field of specialization.
