Faculty of Sport Sciences and Events Hosts Honorary Professors at the Second University of Jordan Forum 2025

Yesterday, Sunday, June 1, 2025, the Faculty of Sport Sciences at the University of Jordan held its distinguished activities at the Second Honorary Professors Forum, organized by the University of Jordan with the participation of a select group of experts and professional professors. The day witnessed a remarkable scientific presence, substantive content, and a confirmation of the true interaction between the honorary professors and the faculty's students.

The day's activities opened with a specialized scientific lecture presented by Dr. Khaled Trabelsi (Tunisia), entitled "Sports Nutrition: Scientific Foundations for Accurate Detection - Part II." The lecture presented a range of the latest fundamentals and applications related to athlete nutrition, performance enhancement, and recovery. The lecturer was incredibly consistent with the clear requirements of the career placement program, in addition to the faculty's full interest in nutrition and any athlete.

Later in the day, a special university scientific session was held to request registration applications, with the participation of:

Professor Dr. Chiah-Huah Kuo (Taiwan),

Professor Dr. Philippe Nouaguez (France),

Dr. Khaled Trabelsi (Tunisia).

The participants had the opportunity to present their projects to a selective jury, allowing them to receive feedback and direct scientific expertise from elite international academics.

Concluding the day, Professor Dr. Chiah-Huah Kutaywan, a researcher specializing in cell biology and sports nutrition, addressed the topic: "A New Discovery in Cancer Cells and Its Implications for the Ultimate Effectiveness of Exercise." He addressed the latest scientific research on the compatibility between activity and cellular transformations that initiate body restructuring and stimulate the metabolic process. The lecture sparked an in-depth scientific discussion among graduate students and faculty members.

Professor Hassan Al-Saud, Dean of the College of Sport Sciences, praised the efforts of the honorary professors, noting that these meetings represent a cornerstone for supporting international cooperation and developing the college's academic and scientific infrastructure.

Dr. Adam Tawfiq Al-Amawi, Assistant Dean and Liaison Officer for the honorary professors, also undertook the overall overall and logistical task, playing a pivotal role in the successful implementation and meticulous organization.

The participating professors, given their distinguished and limited experience at the University of Jordan, emphasized their ability to deepen future academic cooperation with the college in the areas of research, education, and the recommended activities.

Note: The honorary professors who participated in the college's activities during the diverse period from May 27 to June 2, 2025, are:
